People are saying this woman overreacted, but personally, we think this was a pretty appropriate reaction to a spider. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt, except for hopefully that damn spider.

Angela Kipp, a 35-year-old mother from Indiana, was backing out of her driveway when a spider landed on her shoulder. Now, this is scary and/or gross for most people, so you'd think she would just scream and smack the spider away. But nope. This woman peaced the hell out of her car altogether. While it was still moving. With her child inside.

Inside the still moving car was Kipp's 9-year-old child, who then jumped into the front seat to try and stop the car, reports KTRK-TV. Seeing as this kid was just 9-years-old and had yet to take a driver's test, they hit the accelerator instead of the brake. The spider reportedly giggled maniacally as its evil plan unfolded.

The car crashed into a nearby school bus, which was blessedly completely empty. Kipp's kid only suffered minor injuries.

We're suspicious of this story because how do we know it wasn't the spider who pressed down on the accelerator? Spiders are known a--holes so for all we know, it wasn't just trying to scare the mom; it was trying to steal the car! Probably to drive off and scare more people with its creepy eight legs and fuzzy body and ugh. Spider are the worst.

But seriously, we're really thankful no one was hurt. But next time you see a spider in your car, definitely assume it might be car-jacking you.
