However, days later, she wrote on her Instagram, "Fatter than I have ever been! Help has just arrived in the form of @Beyoncé 22 day vegan diet...lunar pasta, brown rice pilaf, rosemary white beans! Very new for me so we shall see...Thinking its Beyoncé approved so off we go."
In the August 2004 issue of O, the Oprah magazine, it was revealed King weighed 150.5 pounds, which is considered a normal weight for a woman of her height. The article said she worked out five to six days a week and that in 2012, King lost 20 pounds in three months with a personal trainer.
As for her diet at the time, she, "I deny myself nothing."
"Some people don't eat pasta or bread or sweets ever," she told O. "I love those foods too much. So for the most part, I eat healthy, but if I go to a party or on vacation, I'm going to enjoy it; then I work extra hard to get back to where I was."
"I've learned that when you gain weight quickly...you can lose it quickly," she told the magazine.
