Fine. You were right. There. I said it.

After spending weeks trying to resist the charms of HBO's cult series True Blood (and you vocal fans), I got sucked into a marathon and am now officially hooked, and wondering, just like you: Who is the freakity-frakking killer?

We'll get to that.

But first, some scoop on House's (Hugh Laurie) sacrificial lamb, Cat Deeley leaving So You think You Can Dance (can it be?), Lily (Alyson Hannigan) getting pregnant on How I Met Your Mother and...drumroll, please...the latest hot mamacita stepping onto Gossip Girl!

Read on for all the latest exclusive TV scoop...

Jackie in Jackson, Miss.: I read that Cat Deeley was leaving SYTYCD. Is it true?

Jamie Horton/FOX

"Bwahahaha! Um...no." That's about the sound of the laugh/response I received when I called up a friend who works on the show to ask that very question. Turns out SYTYCD is in New York right now, and Ms. Deeley is most definitely in the house, and people who work on the show have heard no such rumblings of her leaving. Reps at Fox second that emotion, telling us, "Cat Deeley is the host of So You Think You Can Dance, and in fact is currently in New York City for the auditions taking place there this week for the new season." Here's hoping she stays!

Marcus in Solana Beach, Calif.: I hear Mary McDonnell is not in the Battlestar Galactica movie, does that mean she dies in the finale?
Actually, the movie takes place between the second and third seasons so Mary McD's absence from the Cylon-centric flick doesn't mean she's getting killed off, and she's not spilling anyway! "I can't really give that away!" Mary told us. Poo! Still, she did say this about the final 10 eps: "After I shot and then witnessed the whole arc of the second half of season four, I think it's going to be even better to go through the entire series knowing the end. I really do, I think it will be richer, more potent and more emotional to start over once you know the end." Sounds divine.

Catherine in Atlanta: Oh my gosh, Kristin, you have to find out if they are going to write Alyson's pregnancy into How I Met Your Mother. That would be absolutely amazing!
Despite Lily getting trashed in the latest episode, there's still hope for a baby in the future! I caught up with Alyson Hannigan at the Lint Roller event last week, and she dished on the possible pregnancy: "Not as of yet. So far we're hiding it." For fans who noticed in the flash-forwards that Lily didn't have any scotch, it's not the first time the producers have tricked us. "There was a wedding in the future and everybody was having champagne and last minute Carter (Bays) came in and said, 'You know what, let's switch yours to water,' so he's done it on several occasions." Sneaky! Speaking of babies, Barney's (Neil Patrick Harris) Not a Father's Day website is real—check it out!

Francis in Washington, D.C.: How is Alyson Hannigan looking pregnant? I love her and Alexis Denisof and am oddly happy for them as if I know them.
You and me both, sister! (Brother?) And see for yourself. Alyson said she's over the moon to finally have the news out because, "Now when I go to Pilates, I don't have to wear such baggy clothes, I can let the belly hang out. It used to be like, 'Why does she come here? It's not working! She's been eating too many Krispy Kremes." (What's that Aly? I can't hear you over this delicious chocolate glazed with sprinkles...Some of us are doing both.)

Amanda in Lebanon, Pa.: Kristin, do you have any scoop on my favorite show, Nip/Tuck? When does the new season start? Thanks for any scoop!
The fifth season premieres Jan. 6 at 10 p.m. Reps at FX tell me that my man Bradley Cooper returns as Aidan Stone in the Feb. 3 episode titled "Manny Skerrit." No word yet on whether he'll do more than just that one episode.

Marcus in Tucson, Ariz: What's the latest on Gossip Girl? I'm obsessed!
You and me both! I'm hearing that our delicious and devilish Upper East Siders are getting a hot new teacher. A hot young new female teacher. And according to my source, she's going to create "lots of drama." I'm guessing one of the boys will be hot for this hot teacher, and my money's on Nate (Chace Crawford)! (You know he and Jenny won't last, right?) Anyhoo, they haven't cast this fine female yet, so...suggestions?

John P. Johnson/HBO

Kelly in Philadelphia: Who is the killer on True Blood? Can you tell us or give us a big hint?
I was sure that the killer was Sam, but obviously he's just a (shape-shifting) dog who likes to sniff women's sheets. (We all have our funny habits!) That said, I do know who the killer is, and I can tell you the following:

  • The killer is not Sam but, yes, it is someone associated with Merlotte's.
  • It's a "he."
  • The killer has been featured more prominently in recent episodes.
  • The killer was sneak-peeked in last night's ep, but so briefly most people wouldn't notice.
  • The killer attacks Sookie in the finale, and there's a bit of that (if you're looking for it) in the trailer for next week's ep.

Alex in Grand Forks, N.D.: Do you have any more scoop on the hostage situation on House?
This just in from Lisa Edelstein (Cuddy): "Somebody dies." Gaaah! So who is it? Well, you know how in medieval times the royal food taster existed to test the king's food for poison, at risk of said food taster's own life? Well, these are modern times but Thirteen (Olivia Wilde) essentially gets that job in the hostage episode—the patient won't let House treat him with anything unless it goes into Thirteen first. Naturally, Thirteen takes a whopping dose of...everything, and that doesn't do her already fragile health any favors. But wait, they couldn't really kill Thirteen...could they? Your comments/theories are welcome below.

Scott in Milwaukee: Despite the naysayers, I still love Heroes, but I'm not loving how Hiro Nakamura's become the punching bag and comic relief for the show! Please, Kristin! Tell me there's something more awaiting Hiro this season!
Things are not looking up for Hiro (Masi Oka) at all. After that encounter with Arthur Petrelli, Hiro is a little off, which doesn't make it easy for Ando. "Hiro now thinks he's 10, that's all he remembers up to. So now I'm trying to save the world and babysit," said James Kyson Lee. I hope he's at least making minimum wage! Later, the pair come into contact with Sam and Frack, played by the hilarious Seth Green and Breckin Meyer, in their attempts to take down the big baddies. Check back next week for my interview with Green and Meyer on their comic-book-store adventures.

Donovan in Victoria, Australia: Heroes?
For the upcoming episode 18, the show is looking for a young actor with dark hair or brown eyes who appears to be three or four. Could they be recasting Sylar's son Noah? Or is someone else popping out a kiddo? In other news, this is not a good year for the Petrelli brothers. I'm told another brother (besides Peter) also loses his powers.

Georgina in Sonoma, Calif.: HIMYM is so funny this season—got any scoop?
Producers are now casting for Ted's sister! Nancy is hot, crazy and wants to get onto Wall Street. Her timing seems questionable, but other than that she's got a lot going for her. In other HIMYM news, Robin yearns for her homeland of Canada and starts seeking out fellow 51st staters for companionship. If she can't find enough Canadians, however, she'll settle for the next best thing: Minnesotans. You're darn tootin'! (My favorite line from Fargo. Which is close enough.)

Jean in Chicago: Zach Roerig on Friday Night Lights is really hot! Do Cash and Tyra have a future?
You know wise Tami Taylor would say "Hell no," but Tyra remains under Cash's spell and decides she wants to join him on the rodeo circuit. Don't do it, Tyra! And in less alarming couples news, it seems Matt and Julie are going strong. She stands up for her man, intervening with her dad when Matt wants to move from QB2 to receiver. Awww.

Gregory in San Francisco: Is last week's episode of FNL the last we'll see of Jason Street?
No, on this week's episode, Street heads for New York to try and get that agent job and is confronted with some ugly realities of life in the big city. Still, something tells me that he just might make in NYC after all. And that "something" is the casting news that Scott Porter is leaving the show.

Mitchell Haaseth/NBC

Frank in Houston: I want Jill on Chuck to die! What is going on with her? Tell me she won't stay!
She's here for now, and this week Jill continues to turn Chuck's world upside-down. He even commits treason in tonight's episode when she is kidnapped. (The trollop!) Still, the good news for Chuck and Sarah fans is that Casey and Sarah won't let up with their Chuckveillance even though he really just wants some "private time" with Ms. Jill.

Jill J. in Louisville, Ky.: Anything on Secret Life of the American Teenager?
Jason Priestley might not be giving the new 90210 the time of day, but he hasn't given up on the American Teenager! He told us about directing five episodes this season and that "Ben and Amy go through with the wedding and then Amy and Ricky sort of—I'm going to get in trouble. Things don't go as planned [and it involves Amy and Ricky], let me put it to you that way." Hmmm...

Pistachio in Seattle: Kristin, can you confirm that Wendy Malick and Nora Dunn are guesting on Pushing Daisies?
The writers can! I hosted a panel for Pushing Daisies' writing staff, and they told me Malick and Dunn will appear as the Aquadolls, who "swim for Christ and country" and are "like the Sarah Palins of synchronized swimming." Even better than Sarah on Wisteria Lane, right? Wilson Cruz also appears prominently in Jimmy Neptune's Night of a Thousand Bubbles Aquacade as "solo synchro sensation Sid Tango." Love it. For lots more on the future of Pushing Daisies, please go here, and keep the support for the show coming!

Michael Courtney/The CW

Amber in Tucson, Ariz.: On Smallville, does Davis (or Doomsday, for that matter) steal Chloe away before wedding?
We do soon see the full version of Doomsday, and he makes a special appearance at the wedding. (I smell a Graduate scene!) Lana (Kristin Kreuk) also will be in attendance, and just in time to interrupt Lois and Clark's lovefest. Meanwhile, we have Doomsday himself Sam Witwer coming to the next Watch with Kristin show, and I assure you, he does not disappoint.

Julie in Slidell, La.: Is it just me, or is Life better than ever this year? What's coming down the pike?
It's not just you. Among other things, Reese's silent glares/stares at Crew are flat brilliant. Anyway, in an upcoming episode we learn more about Crews' time in prison through a couple of his friends who are still there, including a behemoth of a man who agrees to look out for a second friend who is being harassed by crank addicts.

Kelli in Asheville, N.C.: Any news about Rescue Me?
The show returns in March, but in the meantime a source just let me know that Sherri Saum, previously on Rescue Me, was cast as one of the new series regulars on In Treatment on HBO.

Michelle in Dallas: Got any goodies on Prison Break?
A Haitian priest tells T-Bag what the rest of us have known for ages: He's eeevil and shouldn't be allowed in holy places. Gotta love all the spicy priests on TV these days...

Prashant Gupta / FX

Melanie in Homestead, Fla.: Any juicy spoilers for Sons of Anarchy?
Wednesday's installment is heartbreaking. The episode begins with a cover of "Forever Young," and ends with the reveal (at long last) of SOA's Ophelia. And somewhere in the middle, Tara tells Jax she loves him...

Michelle in Twin Falls, Idaho: I read that Steven Weber is heading back to Brothers & Sisters, what can you tease?
Steven is back next week as Graham Finch. He attempts to buy out Greenatopia from Kyle and Ethan. That doesn't work out, but he does get a sweet consolation prize, and it rhymes with Farrah Talker. Yee haw! By the way, I'm hitting the Brothers & Sisters set soon to break me off a piece of interview the show's new addition, Luke Grimes (Ryan). Your questions for him go to tvdiva@eonline.com, please.

Jason in Charleston, W. Va.: When is Kyle XY coming back to ABC Family?
Kyle XY returns in January, and Matt Dallas teased upcoming storylines: "Jessi becomes a much bigger part of the show this year, and we actually start to like her a little bit more. Also, Kyle and Amanda's relationship gets tested." My guess? They pass with flying colors.

Tessa in New Orleans: What's the latest on 90210?
Someone's getting into a car accident.
