Back, but not for long!

Jill Duggar, Derick Dillard and baby Israel may be right in the middle of their mission work in El Salvador. But that didn't stop the former 19 Kids and Counting stars from making a quick trip to the United States to attend a good friend's wedding.

Jill joined Jessa Duggar and other family members at  Bringing Up Bates stars Michaella Bates and Brandon Keilen's wedding in Knoxville, Tenn.

"God has blessed me beyond my wildest dreams! I'm about to be married to the love of my life!" Keilen wrote on Instagram hours before the ceremony. "Thank you all for the countless prayers! I can hardly wait to share pictures with everyone! #BatesKeilenWedding #1hour38minutes."

The UPtv reality series follows a couple who raises 19 children in Rocky Top, Tenn. Sound familiar, right? The Bates family has also been friends with the Duggar clan for years and even appeared on their reality show before it was cancelled.

TLC is scheduled to air a child abuse documentary inspired by the Duggar family scandal on August 30.

Putting wedding celebrations aside, both Derick and Jill appeared to have enjoyed some quality family time during their recent visit to the States.

As soon as he arrived at the airport, baby Israel was greeted by his grandma Michelle Duggar. They also appeared to make a quick stop in New York City's Times Square for some delicious treats.

"I think Israel wants some chocolate milk!" Derick wrote on Instagram. "#GotMilk."

All good visits, however, must come to an end. On Sunday afternoon, Jill revealed that she was back at the airport and read to head back to make a difference. "Traveling back to Central America with these two!" she shared on Instagram. "#joyduggar #carlinbates."
