Jessa Duggar looks ready to pop!

However, as the former 19 Kids and Counting star told her 174,000 Twitter followers Thursday, she's only 28 weeks and three days into her first pregnancy, so it'll be a few months before she gives birth. In one photo, the Arkansas-based mom-to-be, 22, posed in front of the Staten Island Ferry terminal in New York City with her husband Ben Seewald, 20. Jessa dressed her growing baby bump in an aqua top that highlighted her new curves. Later that day, she tweeted another picture from aboard the ferry and joked that she had reached "that point in your pregnancy where your belly button start to act like a pop-up turkey timer!"

The couple's first child is due Nov. 1, which is their one-year wedding anniversary.

Jessa and Ben's vacation comes one month after TLC canceled 19 Kids and Counting in the wake of the molestation scandal involving her older brother, Josh Duggar. While addressing the incident in June in an interview with Fox News' Megyn Kelly, Jessa and Jill Duggar confirmed they were among his victims.

In May, a police report surfaced revealing that Josh had been accused at age 14 of molesting five underage girls, including two of his sisters.

Josh later apologized and said he had "acted inexcusably."

Jessa and Jill will appear in a documentary about child sex abuse. Breaking the Silence will premiere Aug. 30 at 10 p.m. "In light of recent events around 19 Kids and Counting—and in an effort to promote education, raise awareness and advance the conversation on this important matter—TLC has partnered with two of the nation's leading abuse prevention organizations, RAINN and Darkness to Light, on a new documentary addressing the issue," the network told E! News in a statement.

The decision to cancel 19 Kids and Counting wasn't made overnight, and doing so resulted in significant financial loss. During a post-earnings conference call in early August, The Wrap reported, Discovery's CFO Andrew Warren cited "higher restructuring and other charges this year of $19 million, primarily due to content impairment charges of canceling TLC's 19 Kids & Counting."
