Watch: Did Candace Cameron Bure Have a Crush on John Stamos?!

Raise your hand if you had a crush (and still do) on John Stamos' Uncle Jesse growing up.

The only person in the world who doesn't have both hands in the air right now? His Fuller House co-star Candace Cameron Bure!

"That would be awkward!" Bure told E! News while promoting her new book, Dancing Through Life: Steps of Courage and Conviction, of having a crush on her on-screen uncle while filming the '90s sitcom. "Never. "

So why not?!

"He was too much like my uncle. I still call him Uncle J to this day. That's his name, Uncle J. Never had a crush on him. My sister did!"

Crush or not, Bure couldn't help but gush over her on-screen reunion with Stamos and the rest of the Full House cast for their highly anticipated Netflix revival, Fuller House, set to debut in 2016. The cast has already filmed three episodes, and often gets together off-screen, including a recent barbecue to celebrate Stamos' birthday.

"We've had so much fun together. We had a great reunion episode and we had another little reunion this past weekend at Lori Loughlin's house. We just had a barbecue, because that's what we do," she said, adding she found the media coverage of the get-together surprising. (Oops, guilty!) "We weren't shy with our social media posts on Instagram, but we were like, 'OK, maybe that was overboard! We just love each other that much that we genuinely just have fun. It's life."

But will Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen eventually join the reunion fun? Netflix boss Ted Sarandos recently hinted that the artists formerly known as Michelle Tanner "are teetering on whether or not they'll be around."

To hear what Bure had to say about the Olsens possibly returning for the revival, watch our interview with the Fuller House star above!
