Yolanda Foster has received some exciting news in the wake of her ongoing health struggle.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who has been documenting her battle with chronic lyme disease, took to Instagram on Friday to reveal that doctors have discovered a ruptured silicon implant alongside a semi-nude shot of herself.

"Turn a mess into a message....... We might have hit the jackpot by finding all this silicone from a 20 year old implant rupture through ultrasound mapping as shown in this selfie. Thank you Dr.Feng for holding my hand and leading the way #UncoveringtheMystery #ChronicLymeDisease #ExPlantSurgeon @FengClinic #MyHealthJourney #DeterminedtoFindaCure," she captioned the pic in which she has a small white t-shirt covering her naked body.

While Foster did not provide any further updates on her illness, the discovery is undoubtedly exciting for the reality star, who has endured numerous setbacks while searching for a cure.

In January, the wife of David Foster detailed her struggles with Lyme on her blog and revealed she had "lost the ability to read, write, or even watch TV."

"Most of you know I have been battling Lyme disease for the past three years. I wasted the first year trying to get diagnosed and spent the next two trying to find a cure," the former model, who is a mom to Gigi and Bella Hadid, wrote. "I have gone from the conventional long-term antibiotics to about every holistic protocol there is to offer. Unfortunately, I was only able to get to about a 60% recovery until I relapsed in early December and have not been able to find my way back."

She continued, "I have lost the ability to read, write, or even watch TV, because I can't process information or any stimulation for that matter. It feels like someone came in and confiscated my brain and tied my hands behind my back to just watch and see life go by without me participating in it."

Less than two months ago, Yolanda's husband also gave E! News an update on his wife's health struggles and praised his other half's strength.

"She's doing fair. She's just trying to work through it," Foster told E! News at the premiere of Amy. "You know, it's been a tough battle, but she's a fighter.

"She's got big balls," he continued. "They're temporarily cut off, but they'll be back."

Get well soon, Yolanda!
