Kim Kardashian

Watch out dolls, because Kim Kardashian may be reading your tweets next!

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star recently traveled to New Orleans with close friends including Jonathan ChebanSimon Huck and makeup artist Joyce Bonelli.

But while enjoying countless amounts of beignets during the day, Mrs. Kanye West managed to sneak some time in to celebrate a fan's special birthday.

"Happy Birthday @MyleezaKardash! I'm so thankful to spend your 21st birthday with you here in New Orleans!" Kim wrote on Twitter Tuesday afternoon after snapping a selfie with the devoted fan. "You have always been so real & supportive! Your tweets light up my day!!! Love you forever doll."

So what do you talk about when you're hanging out with a woman that has more than 34 million Twitter followers? Apparently, a whole lot of juicy things.

According to the fan's Twitter account, nothing was off limits as Keeping Up With the Kardashians cameras rolled. In fact, North West's mom shared "SO much tea on everything imaginable. Like real friends do!"

"I asked was I her favorite and she said ‘yes! Without a doubt!' the fan tweeted. "IM DEAD FOREVER."

Sounds like the perfect encounter, right? Not so fast! As it turns out, other fans were pretty jealous upset to hear Kim had a "favorite" follower. As a result, Kim had to clarify her remarks.

"When I said @MyleezaKardash was my fave I meant it because you are all my favorites!!!! I love you all the same!," she tweeted. "I see all of the tweets & instagrams whether I follow u or not! They give me life!!!! I didn't mean to offend anyone by calling her my fave."

She added, "Every doll is my favorite!!!! Love you guys soooo much!!!!"
