It's hard to believe that in less than one week, Giuliana Rancic will step foot on the E! News set as a co-anchor for the last time.

Between meeting her now-husband, Bill Rancic, to their fairytale engagement and wedding on the island of Capri, these two let viewers into their love story, no holds barred.
Giuliana also opened up to the cameras about her brave battle with breast cancer, as well as her infertility issues over the years.
But luckily, Giuliana and Bill's luck turn right-side up when the two welcomed their adorable son Duke into the world in August 2012.
