Snooki is looking a little plumper these days—in the pout!

The Jersey Shore alum took to Instagram to announce that she has had her lips plumped up. She debuted the look late Monday night, posting a selfie of her new and improved mouth. As for why she decided to pull a Kylie Jenner and inflate her lips, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi explained in her caption that she has always felt self-conscious about them.

"First session of lip plumps and it's just fabulous. I've always hated my thin lips and never thought I had the balls to get needles in my lip to perfect them but I did!" she began. "Trust me girls, I was terrified to get my first 'procedure' ever done, but it wasn't terrible at all! And I hate needles! I love my "natural beauty", but being able to enhance my lips to make me feel better about myself is life."

Even though this was only the mom of two's first round of treatment, she already said she's going to continue to do it.

"Welp I did it kids! Tried my first lip plumping and so doing more #noshame thanks doc for not killing me @drkassir," she captioned a pic of herself with her doctor.

Celebs who've admitted to plastic surgery in the past have always said that they decided to do it in order to make themselves feel better about an insecurity they might have. Iggy Azalea opens up to Seventeen about her nip/tucks, which include breast implants, and explains that plastic surgery isn't an easy decision to make.

"Your perception of yourself can change a lot over time, so I think it's important to wait and make sure it's the right choice. Plastic surgery is an emotional journey," she tells the magazine's September issue. "It's no easy feat to live with your flaws and accept yourself—and it's no easy feat to change yourself. Either way you look at it, it's a tough journey. There are things that I didn't like about myself that I changed through surgery. There are other things I dislike but I've learned to accept. It's important to remember you can't change everything. You can never be perfect."

With pressures on women to be seemingly flawless, several stars have spoken out against the concept of beauty and what it means to be "perfect," including Snooki! She took to her own Instagram to respond to commenters who were criticizing her post-baby body and life since her MTV show.
