It's a birthday celebration fit for a Prince…literally!

Prince George is turning two today and those closest to the royal family can't help but be a part of the famous baby's milestone.

On Wednesday morning, the royal guardsmen delivered an impromptu performance that would make any birthday boy happy.

"Thank you to the Grenadier Guards for playing ‘Happy Birthday' at today's Guard Change!" Kensington Palace shared on Twitter with video from the show. "#HappyBirthdayPrinceGeorge." Wonder if he was able to listen in from his play room?

Earlier this week, a palace spokesperson told E! News that "the family will be spending the day privately."

But according to People, the happy family was enjoying quality time together at their country home in Norfolk. The private residence located on Queen Elizabeth ll's 20,000-acre Sandringham Estate features a whopping 10 bedrooms.

In other words, there is more than enough room for a birthday party.

Just one year ago today, Prince George celebrated his first birthday with a Peter Rabbit-themed bash. Many family members including Pippa Middleton, Prince Harry and Carole Middleton were in attendance for the afternoon celebration.

Stacks of wrapped gifts could be seen through the windows of vehicles entering through the gates. The Middleton family, who knows a thing or two about party-planning, was reportedly responsible for the theme.

After all, Carole's business, Party Pieces, offers a range of adorable decorations, table settings, invitations and other themed accessories to do it up right.
