O.J.'s last squeeze came up empty.

A Nevada judge denied O.J. Simpson's bid for a new trial on Friday, saying his lawyers' arguments weren't strong enough for a new hearing.

The Heisman winner and his codefendant Clarence "C.J." Stewart were convicted in October for robbing two sports memorabilia collectors at gunpoint in a Las Vegas hotel room.

Clark County District Judge Jackie Glass also denied requests to release them on bail before their Dec. 5 sentencing. The two face mandatory prison time and could spend the rest of their lives in jail.
