Just a few months after announcing their split, Bobby Flay and Stephanie March's divorce has been finalized.

The Food Network chef and actress officially parted ways in March after 10 years of marriage, and Flay filed for divorce almost one month later.

"We have come to an amicable divorce settlement," the duo explained in a joint statement to E! News. "We look forward to putting this difficult time behind us and we ask that you respect our privacy as we move forward."

Shortly after the news of their breakup went public, E! News learned from an insider that Flay was "heartbroken." This marks the third divorce for him, and the first for March. The exes have no children together.

Another source told us at the time that the famous couple, who kept a fairly low profile throughout their decade-long marriage, "tried everything" to make it work but ultimately grew apart.

March and Flay had been at odds over their decade-old prenuptial agreement since April. The actress' lawyer, Deborah Lans, previously told E! News "there are profound issues with the agreement that was signed [three days before their wedding]."

"I'm confident a court will consider the agreement to be unconscionable," Lans further explained to us.

The tough times aren't entirely behind March, however, as she is currently taking care of her mother who is battling cancer.

"Stephanie is now the primary caregiver for her mom, who was recently diagnosed with cancer and is being treated in New York," a separate source said, adding that March's mother has moved in with her.

People was the first to report that the divorce was finalized.
