It's no secret that Reese Witherspoon's 15-year-old daughter Ava Phillippe looks a lot like mom. Sure, they both have blonde hair. And yes, they both have great skin.
But there's something deeper that has consistently made us stare in amazement. It was no different Friday afternoon when the actress headed to Instagram to share a never-before-seen picture from a recent vacation.
"#FBF touring Rome with my girl @AvaPhillippe ❤," she captioned the candid shot. Readers, you don't have to say another word. The similarities really are quite remarkable.
The special vacation, taken early last month, featured the mother-daughter duo touring iconic landmarks like the Arch of Constantine, Piazza Navona, Sant'lgnazio Church and the Vatican Museums.
Oh, and did we mention they had a nice visit with fashion icon Valentino? Not too shabby for a beautiful daughter.
"What an honor to see Mr. Valentino at dinner last night in Rome," Witherspoon gushed on Instagram shortly after the meal. "@MaisonValentino #Legend."
Before her oldest child graduates from high school in just a couple of years, the Wild actress recently revealed a few lessons she hopes to pass along to her daughter. Number one may just be to live life to the fullest.
"[Do] not be ashamed about any of her experiences," she shared with Glamour. "To live life fully, with curiosity and love, and to be brave."
