Kim Kardashian knows being pregnant means making sacrifices.

The 34-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is expecting her second child with husband Kanye West, 37.

"No I don't do fillers or Botox when pregnant like some tabloids are reporting," she wrote on Instagram on Friday, alongside what appears to be cropped, topless selfie. "You would have to be really sick to endanger your child like that! Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face totally changes! My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller & my lips swell up. The challenge is trying to adjust the makeup to make me feel normal."

Kardashian said she is planning on sharing a "contouring make up tutorial" for her "changing pregnant face" on her soon-to-be-launched new website.

Kardashian has been the subject of plastic surgery rumors several times and has tried Botox injections before. She was seen having a bad reaction to the procedure on Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2010. She told E! News that she "hated" it.

Kardashian and Kanye are expecting a baby boy, who will join big sister North West, 2.

And speaking of compromises—when it comes to the little girl's outfits, the "struggle is real," according to her mom.

On Friday, Kardashian shared pics of North sporting a highly creative, colorful outfit, consisting of a short, white onesie, a large teal and pink cow-shaped backpack and a giant pink and white polka dot Minnie Mouse helmet, while sitting on the floor with her hand over her eyes.

"The struggle is real!" Kardashian wrote. "We cannot go out of the house like this!!! LOL."

In the end, they "compromised," she said, alongside another pic showing North sporting the same outfit, sans the helmet, holding an enormous bright green floral umbrella.
