Models seem to be flawless in every way, right?! Whether they have perfectly toned bodies or naturally gorgeous faces, it's like they have it all!

And Martha Hunt, a longtime model for Free People who was also named as one of the new Victoria's Secret Angels, is one of them. But she has a not-so-secret secret: She struggles with Scoliosis, a curvature of the spine that can often be very painful. But Hunt doesn't let her diagnosis affect her or her career the way it could. In fact, she makes exercise a top priority to stave off the pain.

"Fitness is very important to me because it helps give me a routine when I travel," she explains to the fashion company while posing for the You May Have Heard Her look book. "It gives me one hour of 'me' time, and passes the time when I'm lonely. Living with Scoliosis serves as a constant reminder to keep my core and back strong. If I get lazy, I feel it in my back first."

So it shouldn't come as a surprise that the fit model makes sure she can get in some exercise at anytime, even when she's traveling the world! Her travel essentials, she dishes to Free People, include a journal, moisturizer and ankle weights. Now that's dedication.

Hunt explains that she has "literally traveled all over the world" for the brand, but she has never strayed too far from home, which used to be North Carolina! Now, however, she considers New York City home, which is something that took her by surprise.

"Growing up in the south, NYC always seemed like a destination to visit, but not to live in. I actually imagined myself in California, because I never myself as a 'city' person," she confesses. "Now my friends are here, and I embrace the culture and melting pot aspect of NYC. For the time being, I can't imagine myself living anywhere else."

Even though she can't picture herself "anywhere else," Hunt admits that she can't sit still. "I definitely feel most at home in New York City, although I get stir-crazy if I'm here too long," she says.

"I feel so nomadic, that it's tough being stuck in the city too long."

With her on-the-go personality and her "Free People spirit," Hunt says that her wanderlust won't allow her to pick a preferred getaway vacation.

"I can't choose one favorite place because all destinations have something different to offer," she says. "My favorite city to explore is Paris; I love the culture of Morocco, and the waterfalls in St. Lucia. I just can't choose one. I would like to go back to New Zealand to see more of what it has to offer. I've also heard the beaches of Bora Bora are stunning."
