Whether we're talking about Disney princesses or the royal family, envisioning life as a royal is something that we can only fantasize about in our dreams. What little girl didn't grow up wanting to be a princess?

Well, sorry to crush your dreams, girls, but Amy Schumer just got real about the true lives of princesses. It's ugly. During the latest episode of Inside Amy Schumer, the comedienne debuted a fake trailer for the movie, Princess Amy, which stars her as a "rancid peasant girl" who discovers she's actually royalty.

But it's not just hot princes, wealth and amazing clothes. Schumer soon learns that being a Disney-style princess has some serious cons, which include misogyny, beheadings and incest. When she is told she will have to marry her first cousin, she immediately objects. But Tim Gunn, who appears as her royal attaché, tells her she has no choice.

"We must maintain the purity of the royal bloodline," he explains in the trailer.

"That doesn't seem cool," Schumer responds.

Even her cousin, who is also portrayed by Schumer, doesn't seem to be down with the plan!

"Guess what I'm not into you either, bitch," he says.

With more and more events taking a sour turn, Schumer decides "not everything about being a princess is a piece of cake." After marrying her cousin, the royal produces only female children, which was considered criminal back in the day. What happens to the poor Trainwreck star? She gets beheaded!
