So, a couple of weeks ago Transformers star turned person-who-manages-to-confuse-the-entire-Internet Shia LaBeouf took part in the most intense motivational speech of all time. It was part of a film school project for London's Central Saint Martins Fine Arts program called #Introductions, and his screaming "Just do it" speech was part of the spoken word series. It was loud, scary and it confounded most humans.

In case you want to relive the video that gave you nightmares for weeks, here is the original "Shia Screaming 'Do It' at The Top of His Lungs," which is not the actual title but that's what we call it:

Yeah, it's a lot to take in. But if you liked the message Shia was spreading but you weren't a fan of the delivery, YouTuber Tingman has enlisted the help of his absolutely precious daughter Olor (who is herself a YouTube star), to reenact Shia's original speech:

"Don't let your dreams be dreams," the 3-year-old shouts. And you want to listen to her because she's right! Shia scared the s--t out of you with his screaming, pacing and flexing. But Olor? She's just dropping truth bombs and now we know that a small child is a better motivational speaker than a famous actor.

Honestly. Who would you rather have scream "DO IT!" at you for 90 seconds straight?

Or this little girl who is also pretty intense in her own right:
