What a night, and what a red carpet!
The stars showed out at the 2015 MuchMusic Video Awards, and we have the sartorial evidence to prove it: Supermodel (and perpetual red carpet stunner) Gigi Hadid turned heads tonight (naturally), sporting a Mikhael Kale skirt and crop top combo featuring a sexy, thigh-high slit. The beauty paired her look with a sleek white bomber jacket emblazoned with the hashtag "#HADID"—a chic social media call-to-action. Actress Bella Thorne, meanwhile, wowed in a lacy red Julien Macdonald number featuring a hot top-to-bottom zipper.
Debby Ryan made us look twice on the red carpet: First, for the seamless incorporation of culottes in her trim Alice + Olivia pantsuit ensemble. Second, well, just because—she looks incredible. The Disney star's heart-printed clutch and turquoise pumps sealed the fashion win deal.
And finally, Sarah Hyland took to the carpet in a plunging Solace London gown that gave us ample moment for pause (her PDA-filled appearance with British beau Dominic Sherwood was made even cuter by his coordinating all-black look).
Alas, they can't all be winners: We were on the fence about Hailee Steinfeld's zebra stripe Emilio Pucci dress, but ultimately thought the glittery mini looked a little off with the pointy-toe booties she paired it with.
Canadian TV personality Danielle Graham's sunny off-the-shoulder crop top didn't mesh with her dark floral-print skirt, and her half-up, half-down hairdo did little to help the look. In the same strain, comedian Nicole Arbour's emoji-printed dress didn't make us want to ::clap:: (although we gotta give it to her for the bunch-of-balloons accessory).
And Jason Derulo's sleeveless jacket-dress hybrid was just a touch too, well, high-concept for this red carpet.
