Who wouldn't want to know what Jennifer Aniston is up to every second of every day?

Unfortunately, that won't be an option for her fans because she won't be signing up for Twitter—or any other social media platform—anytime soon, much to our chagrin. The 46-year-old bombshell took over the Instagram account of her beauty company, Living Proof, last month for a day and didn't enjoy it one bit.

"I was so stressed out, sweating bullets," she confessed to People magazine. "It was too much pressure. For these Kardashians, it's a career!"

The Kardashians certainly have dominated all forms of social media over the past few years, Instagramming and tweeting virtually everything they experience, which for some such as Aniston, might prove a little difficult. Fortunately for Kardashian fans everywhere, the family has it down on lock!

But the Aveeno spokeswoman admitted that the Kardashians and their E! series are a bit of a pastime for her! "I sadly am very much interested in the Kardashian-Jenner thing," Aniston said. "That's a guilty pleasure for sure."

As an invested fan, she even had an opinion about Caitlyn Jenner's Vanity Fair cover, which she couldn't help but be amazed at. "I thought it was beautiful," she said.

Even though she couldn't handle social media herself, Justin Theroux's fiancée also expressed concern for younger generations. The Cake star dished that she finds that some technology and social media has gotten a little out of hand, especially since people are getting involved earlier and earlier.

"Kids aren't speaking to each other anymore," Aniston said. "I was with friends of ours from Vermont and their two kids don't have an iPhone or an iPad. They were 9 and 12 and were the most interesting young adults. Seeing other kids on their [phones] all the time, it makes me sad."

In addition to staying off of social media, Aniston also participated in a self-imposed sun intervention because she felt it was taking its toll.

"I was not great as a kid with sunscreen," she confessed. "That's one of my big regrets."
