Chris Pratt was turning heads on the red carpet more than 10 years before he became a hunky, wise-cracking guardian of the galaxy and trainer of scary human-eating dinosaurs in Jurassic World.

In fact, the 35-year-old hottie was doing it long before he was cast in his breakout role as Andy Dwyer in Parks and Recreation.

In the early '00s, when he was starring as Bright on the WB drama series Everwood, Pratt was showcasing his unique, adorable and nerdtastic fashion style on the red carpet at celebrity events. The clothes, the stare, the swagger, the peacocking. It was mesmerizing.

Exhibit A: Here he is in 2003, at a Teen People and Universal Records party honoring Nelly at the Ivar nightclub in Hollywood. Work it, wooooork it...

Seriously, could he be any more adorable? Can we talk about his shirt?

While Pratt's red carpet style (and hair) has certainly gotten more refined over the years as he's gotten more famous, he has, thankfully, retained his trademark sense of humor. Which was going at full steam ahead at the Teen People and Universal Records party.

"I didn't know much about it except for, um, I was supposed to be here at 8," Pratt told E! News at the event.

He also talked about outrageous things he's done...on a dare. Watch the interview above to find out just how fearless he is!

You can watch him showcase his fearlessness onscreen in Jurassic World on Friday, June 12. He showcased a super sexy, suave look at the recent Los Angeles premiere, which he attended with wife Anna Faris.
