The "Piece of Me" singer decided to kick off her summer with a brand-new hairstyle. And if you ask any fan of the mother-of-two, it's completely perfect for the season.
"My new haircut ✂," she wrote on Instagram while posing in a dimly lit room inside what likely is her home.
While her signature blond tresses are still in tow, it's perfectly clear the singer cut off a noticeable length of hair. She also added a few bangs that flow past her left eye.
Just one week ago, Spears showcased her long wavy locks in a photo shoot for her latest perfume titled Fantasy the Intimate Edition. But with hot months coming to Southern California sooner rather than later, it's all about the "Short Hair, Don't Care" philosophy.
For those curious to find out what the 33-year-old is up to this summer, all signs point to plenty of family time with her two sons.
As she takes a break from performing in Las Vegas at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Spears will likely be keeping her title as "proud skate mom" as she watches her boys showcase their skateboarding skills at the park.
There's also quality time with boyfriend Charlie Ebersol who continues to bring a smile to Spears' face.
In a recent interview with People, the singer confessed that the 32-year-old is "refreshing to be around and really lighthearted." It also doesn't help that he's easy on the eyes.
