Watch: Caitlyn Jenner's Doctors Talk Post-Surgery Panic Attack

Going under the knife gave Caitlyn Jenner a number of feelings.

E! News sat down to exclusively talk with Jenner's plastic surgeons, Dr. Atler and Dr. Lee, about the star's procedures, and during this sneak peek from our interview, Atler reveals that Caitlyn had a "little bit of a panic attack" post-surgery. However, it's very common.

(With the release of her Vanity Fair cover on June 1, Caitlyn has chosen to publicly identify as a woman and E! News will refer to her using female pronouns. In stories published prior to this date, Caitlyn was referred to as Bruce and male pronouns were used.)

"It's difficult to suddenly get the realization, I guess, that you're getting fulfillment of what you've always wanted to have done," Atler tells us.

"You know, long surgery, a lot of changes—so there was a little bit of a panic attack. But it could happen to anybody. It can happen to the housewife that gets a facelift, it can happen to a young girl who gets a breast implant."

He continues, "It's not because she had facial feminization or body surgery, it's just because this was a major change."

In the 65-year-old's headline-making cover and interview with Vanity Fair, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star recalls undergoing a 10-hour facial-feminization surgery several months ago in Beverly Hills. While recovering from the grueling surgery at home, Jenner suffered the first panic attack of her life. "What did I just do? What did I just do to myself," the Olympian recalls thinking.

In addition to undergoing facial surgery, Jenner also got breasts. However, there's still one major procedure Jenner has yet to have done: genital surgery.

"If you have a list of 10 reasons to transition, sex would be number 10," Jenner tells the mag adding that she has no immediate plans to have the procedure done.

Tune in to E! News tonight for much more from our interview with Dr. Lee and Dr. Atler at 7 p.m. & 11:30 p.m.
