Kate Hudson has a body most dream about—which is why when she talks about her diet and fitness routine, we listen.

We caught up with the actress at the launch of Fabletics' new FL2 menswear line—she co-founded the brand, and partnered with brother Oliver Hudson on the men's collection—in New York City to get the scoop on the new collection, as well as what the mama-of-two does to keep in crop top-ready shape (Kate wore a Fabletics black sports bra with white piping and Alice + Olivia pants to the launch event, making for the perfect mesh of fitness meets night-out chic.)

"I get really bored, so I'll do anything, try anything, and I travel a lot," the 36-year-old said. "There's this thing called Heart Core in London that I love. I do that when I'm there. I do hot yoga [when] it's rainy. I just want to go somewhere warm. I spin—I love a good SoulCycle class. I love to dance."

"I'll work out like four times a week," she continued, admitting, "Sometimes I get really crazy into it, and sometimes when I realize I haven't worked out in a week."

As for the new FL2 line, Kate quipped that there's already quite the long waiting list in her circle: "I just gave [clothes] to a bunch of my friends and keep getting texts saying 'Can I get more?'"
