This Pic of 'N Sync With the Spice Girls Back in 1996 Is Giving Us Nostalgia Overload

"#TBT to the day I met the #SpiceGirls in 1996. We had both just released our first singles (WannaBe/ I Want You Back) and no one in that airport knew who any of us where. #NSYNC @OfficialMelB''

Joey Fatone, WhoSayWhoSay

It may not be Thursday, but Joey Fatone is throwin' it way back—and we're not mad.

The 'N Sync member came across a photographic gem that was originally posted by band mate Lance Bass, and was sweet enough to share it with his 163,000 followers on Twitter.

The snapshot is from way back in the day when the boy band takeover was real, and features the two guys with their pals Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick hanging out with none other than the Spice Girls while waiting at the airport.

"@OfficialMelB a little Throw back even though it's Friday :) I think that was Heathrow airport," Joey captioned the pic, which Lance originally captioned, "#TBT to the day I met the #SpiceGirls in 1996. We had both just released our first singles (WannaBe/ I Want You Back) and no one in that airport knew who any of us where. #NSYNC @OfficialMelB."

But it's not just who is in the picture that takes us back. It's everything from their hairstyles to their wardrobe that just scream the '90s. Just look at JC's stance and puffy vest, JT's hair, Mel B's jumpsuit, Emma Bunton's shoes...not to mention all of their baby faces.

We are just reveling in all of the nostalgia.

The amazing throwback comes days after Victoria Beckham sat down for a Q&A with Fern Mallis at New York City's 92nd St. Y, where she spoke candidly and fondly about her posh upbringing and the glory days of the Spice Girls.

The now-fashion designer and mom of four found fame in the late '90s via the all-girl group, alongside Mel B, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Geri Halliwell.

"There were thousands of girls that turned up to audition for the group. There were queues around the studio. Everybody sang a pop song. I sang 'Mein Herr' from [the Broadway musical] Cabaret, which was really not the right thing to do, but it was very dramatic. In the beginning, we were going to be The Spicy Girls, but then we realized there was a porn site called the Spicy Girls. That wouldn't have been good!"

LOL, no, maybe not the best name for the group. Beckham also explained how each girl earned their nickname.

"Posh was given to us by a British teen magazine, but we were already acting like our names. Mel B really did dress scary, always in leopard print. Emma really was Baby; she always wore pigtails and those bloody awful platform shoes!

"But I'm still very close to all of those girls. I'm really proud of what I achieved with them. We were just five girls who weren't all that great individually, but together, we were pretty great!" she said. "That's real 'girl power': Be who you are, do what you like and be friends with other girls!"

Posh Spice speaking the truth.
