Forget #ManCrushMonday!

For Demi Lovato, it's all about #ManCrushWednesday. The "Neon Lights" singer posted a hot-hot-hot Instagram (literally and figuratively) of longtime boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama in a scene from From Dusk Till Dawn, and she is proud of her man.

The picture shows Valderrama standing shirtless near some sort of fiery pit with his game face on. To say he looks muscular, toned and downright hunkish would be putting it lightly. No wonder Lovato captioned the pic, "Are you f--king kidding me?!! I'm so in love it's ridiculous." She included several fire emojis and smiley faces with hearts for eyes.

"He worked so hard for so long in preparation for this role...I couldn't be more proud of him..#mancrushwednesday #fromdusktilldawn," she ended the caption.

The couple has been on-and-off again for about five years, but it seems that these two are hotter and heavier than ever before (yes, the fire and heat puns will continue to come). Although they're relatively private when it comes to their relationship, they've become more comfortable showing off their love in public.

"...As time has gone on, people are seeing us more together and we thought, you know what? If paparazzi gets us, then whatever, but we're in control about what we're able to post online," Lovato explained to HuffPost Live. "So we're very open about our relationship. I don't know—I think as I get older and more serious in my life, I just am proud. I'm very proud."

She has also been very candid about how the That 70s Show alum has handled her substance abuse struggles. "There were some moments when it was off and on when I was struggling with my issues," she confessed. "What he would do is he wouldn't enable me so he'd say, 'I can't be around if you're not going to get your stuff together.'"

Demi continued, "It made me fight for it. He's a very, very good guy."
