Work it, Khloe Kardashian!

The 30-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star sported a sexy, flattering look while meeting fans and signing copies of her new book, Strong Looks Better Naked at the Regan Arts booth at 2015 BookCon at Javits Center in New York City on Sunday.

Khloé, who has battled body image issues for years and has been working with a personal trainer over the past few months, wore a cleavage-baring, body-hugging, electric blue, sleeveless, over-the-knee, strappy cutout dress from David Koma's Spring 2015 Ready-to-Wear collection. She paired the look with a pair of nude, pointed Christian Louboutin heels.

Strong Looks Better Naked is an advice book and the reality star shows some skin on a cover released online, which is not the final version, E! News has learned. It is set for release on Nov. 3.

"Khloé Kardashian shares her secrets for finding strength of body, heart, mind, and soul with inspirational, revealing stories of her own struggles with weight, relationships, and her self-image," the synopsis reads. "In a culture that worships skinny, Khloé Kardashian writes with passion about the power of strength: a strong body becomes a strong mind, which builds to strength of heart, character, and ultimately strength of spirit."

And with regard to the title—Khloé has actually posed nude for photo shoots. She has also released previous books—she co-authored the 2011 fiction novel Dollhouse with sisters Kim Kardashian, 34, and Kourtney Kardashian, 36, as well as the 2010 nonfiction book Kardashian Konfidential.

Watch the mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians tonight at 9/8c on E!
