"Life doesn't get better than this," Ali wrote on her Facebook Tuesday night with an assortment of photos from her special ceremony. "I love these people xxoo."
Donning a lace gown with a blinged-out belt, the blushing bride looked fabulous and happy as she posed for pictures with her new wife and bridesmaids.
In fact, Ali's mom and Biggest Loser partner Betty Sue Burkland was able to join in on the fun celebrations.
"Just getting dressed with my mom!" Ali shared on Facebook. "Life wouldn't be the same without these ladies!"
When starting season five of The Biggest Loser, the Mesa, Ariz., resident stepped on the scale and weighed 234 pounds.
But during her inspiring journey made possible by trainers Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper, the 40-year-old made it to the finals where she dropped an impressive 122 pounds. Yes, that's a total loss of 112 whopping pounds.
Since her big win, Ali has become a best-selling author and was given her own show on the Live Well Network. She also continues to inspire viewers with her honest struggle with weight.
"Every accomplishment begins with the decision to TRY," she shared on Instagram. "Stay motivated and you too can succeed!"
