Basically, some genius out there discovered that no matter what, Queen Bey is always on beat. ALWAYS.
For proof, simply see the literally tens of thousands of Vines and videos that now exist. No matter what song you dub over B, her dance moves are spot-on. It's like her legs (and hips, and arms, and...you get it) have so much rhythm that they can go back in time and adjust to whatever beat you throw at them.
