Mean Girls, Regina's House for SaleParamount Pictures

Now this is grool: Mean Girls fans have the chance to own a piece of movie history. If you have $15 million, that is.

The house that played host to Regina George (and her Cool Mom) is up for sale in Toronto. According to the listing on Sotheby's, the palatial estate is a whopping 20,000 square feet. But really, what else did you expect for the Queen Bee? The house also comes with a two-acre estate, and a two-story grand entrance complete with a Scarlett O'Hara staircase and Juliette balcony. Seriously.

Other accoutrements mentioned in the over-the-top listing include a wine cellar, a spa, a master bedroom with a private sitting room, a front statue and fountain, and a separate living space for live-in staff or nannies. All of which sounds perfectly suited for Miss George and her wacky family. There's also a library complete with pool table ideal for entertaining the Plastics, and a giant kitchen in which to drink awesome shooters or keep up your all-carb diet.

There are, however, a few design changes from the movie version of the house. For starters, Regina's all-pink room is no more—her fetch decor has been replaced by, gasp, leopard print. It looks like we'll simply have to keep her memories alive with our favorite GIFs instead.

Check out the house's listing in its entirety here, and just remember that the mansion doesn't come with a burn book.
