Cristiano Ronaldo has a new workout partner!

It looks like Cristiano Ronaldo's 4-year-old son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., is already following in his dad's footsteps! Ronaldo shared an adorable video of the two working out on the lawn. In the training video, the 4-year-old attempts to hold down his dad's feet as he fires off a round of sit-ups.

Once Ronaldo finishes his sit-ups, he tells his son, "I've done mine, so now it's your turn. Just 10." Cristiano Jr. proves age is just a number, and tackles 10 crunches, with his dad cheering on counting aloud. Once 10 are completed, Ronaldo hoists his son in the air, and throws him on his chest chanting, "You're the champion," and hugs him tightly!

Now, that's precious!

Ronaldo isn't the only professional athlete who is showing their son the ropes! Check out these five professional athletes who brought their sons to work and stole the show!

Derrick Rose of the Chicago Bulls brought his son, Derrick Rose Jr., to his post-game presser, and his son quickly became an internet sensation with his "What you talkin' 'bout, Willis?" facial expression.

PGA player Bubba Watson's son, Caleb, is not afraid to be honest with his dad when he's accompanying him on the golf course. At the Players Championship, young Caleb had some thoughts on Bubba's putting skills, saying, "You're putting is disgusting!"

Chris Paul of the Clippers frequently brings his son, Little Chris, around the locker room and to press conferences. In fact, his son even has his own Instagram to share all of his adventures. You can catch Little Chris hanging out with former President Bill Clinton courtside, or accompanying his Dad throwing out the first pitch at the Dodgers game. Little Chris also has quite a sense of humor, and can impersonate his dad's teammate Blake Griffin.

New York Jets quarterback, Ryan Fitzpatrick put his son Brady on the spot when he was tagging along while his dad answered reporters' questions following his game with the Houston Texans. Fitzpatrick called upon his son Brady, saying, "I'm going to put you on the spot here, buddy." Little Brady stood next to the podium while Ryan asked someone in the crowd to give Brady two numbers that he would multiply. Two numbers were called out, and in a matter of seconds, Brady had the answer. When the numbers were verified as the correct answer, Fitzpatrick beamed, yelling "Boom!" into the mic.

Clippers player Blake Griffin sat his young son, Ford, in his lap as he prepared to answer questions from reporters. His son looked up at his dad, and gave one tummy-filled giggle. Heart melted!
