Kelly Rutherford has Hollywood on her side.

The actress, who has been in a bitter six-year custody battle with her ex-husband Daniel Giersch, is petitioning the White House to bring her son Hermes, 8, and daughter Helena, 5, back to the U.S. Rutherford wants to appeal a judge's decision, after he ordered her kids to live in France with Giersch.

Giersch, 40, filed paperwork to make his children "habitual residents" of Monaco, and they have been living with him in France since 2012. Rutherford, who lives in New York City, must travel to visit her kids. The custody battle has cost the actress about $2.5 million, forcing her to file for bankruptcy in 2013. Per the petition, Giersch recently filed papers seeking to strip his ex of all parental rights.

Rutherford, 46, attended the Children's Justice Campaign Event in Beverly Hills Tuesday, where she received support from her famous friends, including Selma Blair, Marcia Cross, Frances Fisher, Melanie Griffith, Natasha Henstridge, Kris Jenner, Cheryl Tiegs and Marianne Williamson, among many others.

Those who couldn't attend the event encouraged people to sign the star's petition.

In a series of tweets, Kim Kardashian, 34, wrote, "I usually don't get involved in other people's lives especially if I don't know them but this story I've been following &as a mom touched me. I signed this petition bc I believe it's the right thing to do & if u believe in it please sign it. I know I don't know you @KellyRutherford but as a mom I feel your pain and I wish you the best of luck! I hope you see your babies soon!" Rutherford responded to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, tweeting, "I am in tears. Thank you so much! From me and my kids!" Kardashian replied, @KellyRutherford you're so welcome! I'm so happy my mom @KrisJenner brought your story to my attention! Good luck to you!!!!"

Meanwhile, Rutherford's Gossip Girl co-stars Matthew Settle and Ed Westwick—who played her husband Rufus Humphrey and stepson Chuck Bass during the CW series' six-season run—have showed their support via social media.

Gossip Girl's Michelle Trachtenberg also got involved.

Cindy Crawford and Lisa Rinna have also been supportive via Twitter.
