The woman who allegedly took up residence in Chris Brown's house without his knowledge may have found herself a very secure roof for the foreseeable future.

Amira Kodcia Ayeb, 21, has been charged with one felony count each of first-degree residential burglary, stalking and vandalism after Brown said that he found her naked in his bed at his Agoura Hills, Calif., home. She was scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon and prosecutors will ask that bail be set at $22,000, according to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office.

Ayeb is accused of breaking into Brown's home on May 2, vandalizing his house and cars and staying there until the R&B singer returned home from Las Vegas yesterday and found her.

If convicted of all three felonies, Ayeb is facing a possible sentence of more than seven years in prison. The L.A. County Sheriff's Department is still investigating.

Meanwhile, Brown posted a photo to Instagram yesterday of a bathrobe-wearing woman he identified as the intruder—and then deleted it not long afterward, though not before a screengrab made the rounds.

"She had broken the hinges off the doors. She found time to cook her several meals," Brown captioned the pic. "She Wrote 'I love you' on the walls. She threw out my daughters clothing as well as my dogs stuff. Then had all these crazy voodoo things around my crib. goes to show you how crazy people are crazy! And she painted her name on my cars!!!! I love my fans but this is some on some real real crazy s--t! I pray she will get help."

Brown also secured a three-year restraining order against Ayeb today, a copy of which was obtained by E! News.
