Teresa Giudice is taking things one day at a time, her attorney James L. Leonard tells E! News.

And despite all of the latest hullabaloo surrounding the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, the mother of four is trying to remain as positive as possible during her lengthy federal prison term.

So with all the rumors swirling around out there, Leonard came to us to clear the air once and for all about the latest goings on with the reality show family.

"Teresa's release date is still set at Dec. 23. That has not changed," he explained, slamming reports that her early release date would be revoked. Giudice will be free to return home to serve the rest of her sentence under house arrest.

But the silver lining? "She will celebrate Christmas at home."

The outspoken TV star's attorney also shut down speculation that she's looking to end her marriage with her husband, Joe Giudice.

"She is not filing for divorce. She is not even contemplating it." So there!

"As far as prison goes, she's maintaining. She's adjusted well, she has a routine and she just takes it one day at a time," he added.

"With the weather breaking, she's spending more time outside. There is a track so she's been walking and running on the track a lot."

Meanwhile, Joe and his daughters are doing their best to stick to their normal routine and keep their heads up.

"At home, Joe and the girls are gearing up for summer. They'll be out of school and will have their activities."

Leonard added that all five are "still going to visit her as much as possible."
