Celeb-designer love is in the air, which must mean that the 2015 Met Gala is near!

As much as this year's fête will be about the culture, art and traditions of the East, a good deal of the red carpet will speak to the relationships between stars and their designer dates. So we have a little wishlist, of course! Read on for our dream Met Gala pairings—and keep those fingers crossed.

1. Kerry Washington & Jason Wu: Who can forget Kerry Washington's show-stopping moment in yellow satin Jason Wu column gown at the 2013 CFDA awards, or her heather satin gown at the Oscars? All we can say is "More please!"

2. Kendall Jenner & Pucci: Kendall Jenner looked totally killer in Pucci both on and off the runway this season—and with a change of creative director for the brand, we think she's the perfect model to set hearts racing for the next collection.

3. Kate Moss & Marc Jacobs: Mossy and Marc have been a true style romance since before the millennium (ah, the 90s—a simple time of first name-only supermodels and punk rock Marc). Kate Moss was even Marc's gal at the 2009 Model as Muse-themed Met Gala—but we just can't help wishing for one more collab between these two.

4. Gigi Hadid & Versace: Let's face it, Gigi Hadid has one of the hottest bodies we've seen since we first met Kate Hudson, so who better to wear one of Donatella Versace's simmering designs than the 20-year-old bombshell?

5. Victoria Beckham & Roberto Cavalli: We love Victoria Beckham's chic designs and ultra-modern aesthetic, but sometimes we miss those crazy Posh Spice days when she knocked us out in gorgeously decadent Roberto Cavalli designs.

6. Lena Dunham & Prada: Adorable as Lena Dunham is, her red carpet history has had a good few misses along with the hits. One thing is for sure, though: We love Lena in Prada, so fingers crossed the Girls star and Miuccia will team up this year and make some red carpet magic happen.
