A close friend gifted Kim Kardashian with a chic custom book clutch from the brand (the style is pretty much their claim to fame) that features two very familiar figures: The front of the bag reads "Mr & Mrs West, A Love Story," and has an intricate, embroidered portrait of Kim and Kanye West from their May 2014 wedding. (We mean, does it get any cuter than that?)
Mrs. West brought her custom clutch to Variety's 2015 Power of Women Luncheon in New York City, where she is one of five ladies set to be honored. (Kim covered the mag's annual Power of Women issue alongside actresses Lena Dunham, Glenn Close, Rachel Weisz and The View's Whoopi Goldberg.) As for the rest of her red carpet look, the star donned an all-white ensemble featuring wide-leg trousers, a long vest and sexy cropped blouse (that was also quite sheer, naturally).
Kardashian is being recognized for her work with the Children's Hospital Los Angeles, where she regularly visits young patients—sometimes even bringing Kanye and her sisters along.
"My father passed away from cancer," Kim told Variety. "I remember what it was like when my dad was going through it. You see the kids that are so strong. They feel so helpless. You want to do anything to help them."
Great handbag, even greater cause.
