Amy Schumer bowing down to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West wasn't the only noteworthy moment that occurred at the Time 100 gala!
The 37-year-old rapper also wowed the crowd with an impressive performance featuring a number of his greatest hits, and in true Kanye West fashion, the outspoken musician pulled out all the stops when he took the stage.
Wearing a ripped jacket and matching pants, the father of one kicked off his set by performing "All Day," the latest single from his upcoming album So Help Me God and was joined onstage by a large group of shirtless black men covered in white chalk and wearing raggedy clothing.
According to Time, West followed up with a few Yeezus favorites, including "Black Skinhead," "New Slaves" and "Blood on the Leaves" before moving on to "Runaway" and "Only One," which was inspired by his late mother and daughter North West. He then closed out the set with some old school hits such as "Good Life" and "Gold Digger," and "Touch the Sky."
West was joined at the event by proud wife Kim Kardashian, who took to Instagram during her hubby's set to express her excitement (she was also featured on the coveted list). "Craziest performance ever tonight at the Time 100 Gala #Time100," the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star captioned the pic of Kanye onstage.
Following the gala, West enjoyed dinner with his wife as well as Hosain Rahman and Elon Musk, who were also featured on the Time 100 list.
And it appears he was happy with his earlier performance as he's even cracking a subtle smile in Kim's Instagram pic!
"I don't care about having a legacy, I don't care about being remembered," West said in the publication's accompanying article. "The most important thing to me is while I'm here, while we're having fun, while we're going to sleep and breathing oxygen and living life and falling in love and having pain and joy is what can I do with my voice?"
