The Spice Girls are reuniting sooner than you might think!
We recently caught up with Mel B to ask once again about the ongoing rumors the former girl group might get back together for one last hurrah.
"I mean, we got together for the Olympics and nobody thought that we were going to get together for that," the 39-year-old told E! News exclusively at an O.P.I. nail polish event at House of Polish. "Next year is our 20th anniversary so we'll see. Maybe we'll do something. Who knows?"
When asked if the gals have already started talking about a 20th anniversary reunion, Mel B smiled, "We talk a lot and we text and we Facetime. I was just Facetiming Geri [Halliwell] the other day, she's about to get married so we're going to go over to England for her wedding."
OK, so it's not a quite a musical reunion, but we do love seeing these lovely ladies all together.
Last month, Emma Bunton also teased a possible 2016 Spice Girls reunion. "I was with Geri and Mel B just recently, we love each other and we love performing together," the 39-year-old said. "It's just when the timing is right because we all have our own careers now and we have families, it's just about getting five schedules together and that's all it is."
And just days later, Mel B insisted the five singer are still "like one big, happy family." "We're like sisters. We get on one minute. We scream, fight and argue," she admitted. "Then we have a cup of tea together and tell each other how much we love each other."
