Is there anything Taylor Swift can't do?
As fans know, Jaime King and her director hubby Kyle Newman have chosen that the "Shake It Off" singer to godmother to their second child.
"I always thought if I were to have another child that she would be the ideal godmother because the way she not only treats me but the way she treats other human beings," the still pregnant King told me last night at the premiere of the new documentary Dior and I. "She's so loving and so giving and so generous and she does everything from her heart and she's incredibly brave and authentic. It's a very rare thing to come across."
She continued, "I know that [our baby] will always have a very good person and role model through her."
Early last month, Swift shared an Instagram picture of herself rubbing King's baby bump. "Guess who just got named Godmother of this little one..... (ME)," Swift wrote in the caption.
King, who announced her pregnancy in February, shared another Instagram photo. "And @taylorswift will forever be looking over our new baby @kyle_newman -we all love you!!!! Xx," the Hart of Dixie star wrote.
King said she and Newman know the sex of the baby and have even picked out a name, but they're not ready to share those deets with the world just yet.
Meanwhile, she filled us in on her latest cravings.
"I always crave olives and Jelly Belly [jelly beans] and Gatorade and parmesan cheese and green juices, which I hated last time," she said.
King and Newman welcomed their first child James Knight in October 2013 and broke the news via Twitter and Instagram.
