E! News can confirm that the Bravo reality star is expecting a baby via surrogate with his husband Derek Kaplan.
The couple, who married in 2013, will soon be the proud parents of a little girl—whom they've already named!
"I've always known that I would have a daughter and that her name would be Milla," the best-selling author and real estate broker told People magazine.
The Swedish-born businessman added that his little one will arrive "very soon" and that becoming a father has "been the goal for the majority of my adult life."
Eklund, who has a new book out titled The Sell, also gushed to the magazine about how supportive his partner has been throughout the surrogate process.
"Derek is amazing. I'm just more balanced, happier, and more calm. I just can't wait to grow old with him, and I have so much to thank him for."
The future father also admitted that he's excitedly awaiting baby Milla's arrival, saying, "I have butterflies, I can't think, I can't sleep. I'm just so in love with her!"
