While Kate Middleton and Prince William—and the world!—eagerly await the arrival of their second child, St. Mary's Hospital is pulling out all the stops to ensure that the duchess has a safe and comfortable stay.

In fact, No Parking signs have been resurrected in front of the Lindo Wing referring to the upcoming "Special Event" that's about to take place. Special, indeed!

The 33-year-old is expected to go into labor in the coming weeks at the very same hospital that she gave birth to Prince George in July 2013.

It also happens to be the birthplace of William and Prince Harry, who were presented to the world on the same hospital steps by Prince Charles and Princess Diana in 1982 and 1984, respectively.

The bold yellow signs will be posted through April 30, and are in place to ensure that there are no photos are taken showing the duchess entering the exclusive wing.

There's no telling how long the current Great Kate Wait will last, but there is a small chance that she will give birth on Queen Elizabeth II's birthday, April 21, or even on her fourth wedding anniversary, April 29. Only time will tell!

Guy Thorpe Beeston has been called to oversee the next royal baby's birth; he was also the leading doctor during the couple's first child's arrival.

Earlier this week, a spokesperson for Kensington Palace told E! News that the expecting parents are "hugely grateful for the warm wishes they have received from people throughout the U.K. and indeed around the world over the last few months."

The palace aide added, "They know that people are excited that Prince George will soon have a little brother or sister, and it means a great deal to them that so many will be celebrating this important moment for their family."
