The Avengers assembled on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Monday.

Before they walked across the street to attend the Avengers: Age of Ultron world premiere at Hollywood's Dolby Theatre, the actors who play the Marvel superheroes—Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Evans (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye) and Mark Ruffalo (The Hulk)—appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Monday.

The episode started with game of telephone—you know, the elementary school game? Host Jimmy Kimmel whispered "The Avengers are on the show tonight" into Evans' ear. Nearly all the actors giggled as they relayed the "simple" message, with Johansson joking, "Oh, gosh! I don't want to say that!" When Renner blew air into her ear, she squirmed in her seat. "Ugh!" she said in mock disgust.

By the time the telephone line reached Downey, the message was lost in translation. "The diaphragm jelly is in my glove box," he said.

Mmm. Not quite.

Kimmel divided the actors into two teams, The Americans (Evans, Renner and Ruffalo) and The Mans (Downey, Hemsworth and Johansson), to play a condensed version of Family Feud. The categories were themed, natch: "Something You Do in a Movie Theater Besides Watching a Movie," "Besides Superhero, Name a Profession That Requires You to Wear Tights" and "The Worst Place to Turn Into The Hulk."

We won't spoil the fun by revealing it here—you'll have to watch!

Fun and games aside, the cast shared some fun stories from the set when they sat down with Kimmel. What they didn't expect, however, was to see erotic fan art from the Internet. "There seems to be a lot of fascination about the relationship between Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, who obviously have a lot in common, both being geniuses," Kimmel said, before showing a succession of increasingly risqué photos. Evans laughed loudly, announcing, "I want that one!' Hemsworth joked, "That's just another day on set." They laughed just as loud when Kimmel revealed that their characters are also featured in NSFW fan art.
