InstagramBaby No. 2 is coming sooner rather than later!
Well, that's what we're thinking after Maci Bookout showed off her growing baby bump on Instagram Tuesday afternoon. Wearing a blue tank top with a gray jacket, the 23-year-old posted a rare shot of that growing tummy for all her curious fans.
"This is for everyone that has been asking for a belly pic!" she captioned. "This pregnancy is so different than my first one! This time around, I'm prepared to take on the added responsibility, and I'm confident in my parenting abilities."
When she was just 16 years old, Bookout chronicled her journey to motherhood on 16 and Pregnant. More than six years later, she continues to tell her story and share details about her second pregnancy on MTV's Teen Mom OG.
"It's a more positive experience bc I'm not 16 this time," she confessed during a Twitter Q&A Tuesday. "…but more exhausting bc I have a 6 yr old to keep up with too! #AskTeenMom."
She's talking about her adorable son Bentley who recently started Kindergarten. When asked by fans how he's reacting to mom's growing belly, Bookout admitted he's looking forward to having a sibling.
"He is very excited!" she wrote online. "I can already tell he is going to be very caring and very protective of his little sister! #AskTeenMom"
Last December, Bookout announced she was expecting again. It will be her first child with boyfriend Taylor McKinney. She recently revealed to E! News that she hasn't experienced negative symptoms and fells "blessed" with two very easy pregnancies thus far.
While her pregnancy journey can now be described as a positive one, Bookout has one piece of advice for her younger fans. Make sure you're really ready before deciding to have a kid of your own.
