Who knew moms could move like this?

Two years after Jimmy Fallon and Michelle Obama performed "The Evolution of Mom Dancing—Part 1" on Late Night, the two teamed up Thursday for "The Evolution of Mom Dancing—Part 2" on The Tonight Show. The sketch promoted the First Lady's "Let's Move!" campaign and its new #GimmeFive challenge.

Jimmy wore the same wig, stuffed bra, white tee, pink cardigan and khaki pants that he modeled in 2013. Michelle, meanwhile, looked a tad more stylish in black slacks, a gingham top and a pink sweater.

Here is a complete list of their original dance moves:

• The "Shimmy Twist"

• The "Shush and Tush"

• The "Knock Knock"

• The "Getting a Bag From Your Collection of Plastic Bags Under the Sink"

• The "You Go, Girl!"

• The "This Ol' Thing? I Got It at Talbots"

• The "I Can Still Do This Dance Because My Arms Are in Shape"

• The "Can We Turn the AC Up?"

• The "One Move Behind in Zumba Class"

• The "No One's Looking (Just Makin' Sure)"

• The "Trying to Start a Conga Line"

• The "Oh My God, I Didn't Know You Were Coming Here!"

• The "Barack Obama"

• The "Jimmy Fallon"

The last two dance demonstrations were particularly on-point!

When Michelle joined Jimmy on the couch after the bit, she told him, "You just like me to be silly!"

"You looked so cute in your little Talbots outfit," FLOTUS joked. "Isn't he a cute mom?"

Jimmy thanked her and repaid the compliment, saying, "You obviously have rhythm and you can dance."

"You love music—I know that. Where would the First Lady listen to music? I would think that would be a thing you can't do anymore," the late-night host said. Michelle said she usually listens to her iPod when she's riding in the car. "I'm always listening to music," she said. "That's the way I kind of settle myself."

Jimmy, meanwhile, has been listening to The Wiggles. "I have two little babies," he explained.

Michelle laughed, adding, "Now I'm at the stage where my kids [Malia Obama and Sasha Obama] are introducing me to music and they're like, 'You don't want to hear this, Mom. The language is too bad.'"

"You're still in the good stages," she told the new dad. "They still like you now, so hold onto that."

Jimmy then asked, "Are you the good cop or the bad cop in the parents?"

"We're both pretty equal. That's the one thing I love about my husband [Barack Obama]. Even though eh travels, he comes in. He can enforce," Michelle revealed. "But the other day, the girls were trying to clue him in to what a group chat was on text. He didn't know! So we're sitting around the dinner table and they all kind of looked at him, and Malia said, 'Oh, Dad...you're so detached.' So enjoy this time."

Jimmy admitted it's easy to relate to his 20-month-old and a 4-month-old daughters. "Right now we're at the same kind of brainwaves…we're both watching the TV going that's a red square!" the host joked.
