Kim Zolciak-Biermann took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a photo of her hair (sans wig!) and makeup after getting all glammed up to film the fourth season of her hit Bravo show Don't Be Tardy.
"Natural Hair, natural makeup #FilmingToday#DontBeTardySeason4," the 36-year-old beauty captioned the shot.
So, what's the fuss all about? It seems that a number of the reality star's Instagram followers took to the comment section to claim that the mother of six had a nose job—speculation which the Bravolebrity was quick to shut down.
Posting a three-way split of side-profile shots of herself, 18-year-old daughter Brielle and baby girl Kaia, the television personality insisted she's never had work done on her nose, using her adorable look-alike daughters to prove her point.
"I guess we ALL had nose jobs #GTFOH," Zolciak—whose new reality show with former Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star NeNe Leakes was just announced—wrote of the image (in case you're not familiar with the hashtag, it stands for "get the f--k outta here").
Zolciak-Biermann has never been shy about revealing her past plastic surgery procedures. She previously flaunted her flat stomach on Instagram after undergoing a tummy tuck following the birth of her twins.
"Just so you guys are aware of how fabulous I was before my tummy tuck! This picture on the left was taken a few months after I had the twins and before surgery!" the blond stunner previously wrote on her Facebook page, sharing a before and after shot.
Still, she warned her fans that "a plastic surgeon is NOT the cure all!" explaining, "I had a hernia I needed repaired as well as my muscles so don't get it twisted for you lazy asses that sit on the couch And think I look this good from a surgeon you are now set straight! Enjoy!! Take a look at the placement of my belly button before and after! I gotta give it to @drhochstein he gave me a cute belly button."
The surgeries, which also included a breast augmentation, were filmed for her Bravo reality show. As Kim explained at the time, "I wanted women to see 1st hand the process, the recovery, etc. I always wished I could watch someone go through it."
