Get ready for the greatest Lifetime movie in…dare we say ever? E! News has confirmed Will Ferrell (yep!) and Kristen Wiig (yes, you read that right!) have secretly filmed a Lifetime movie that will air this summer. The title? A Deadly Adoption.

In the thriller TV flick, Ferrell and Wiig will star as a married couple who welcome a pregnant woman (Jessica Lowndes of 90210 fame) into their home in hopes of adopting her unborn baby. Of course things don't go as planned—that's where the Deadly part of the title comes in.

Ferrell and Adam McKay's Gary Sanchez Productions produced the movie directed by Rachel Lee Goldenberg with a script from The Spoils of Babylon's Andrew Steele. Wiig and Ferrell starred in IFC's Spoils TV movie.

The campy romp is expected to air in conjunction with the upcoming 25th anniversary of Lifetime's original movies. Ferrell is said to be a big fan of Lifetime movies and A Deadly Adoption will be a wink and a nod to the genre Lifetime has become known for.

30 Rock fans will remember Wiig starred in a Lifetime movie about Edie Falco's character CC Cunningham. In a gag, Wiig played Candace van der Shark as CC Cunningham in Lifetime's A Dog Took My Face and Gave me a Better Face to Change the World: The Celeste Cunningham Story.

The Hollywood Reporter first reported this epic movie news.
