Jimmy Kimmel is known for being a prankster, as his neighbor John Krasinski can attest.

Rihanna decided to prank the Jimmy Kimmel Live! host Wednesday, proving that she's got a wicked sense of humor. "I am a really big fan of your April Fools' pranks. I was like, 'I'm gonna do that. If I'm gonna go on the couch, let's get him back,'" she explained. Kimmel laughed and said, "Well, you did."

Kimmel then cued up the video footage of "what happened at my house early this morning."

Rihanna arrived at 1:05 a.m. wearing all black. Aided and abetted by the late-night host's wife, Molly McNearney, she crept up the stairs in platform boots. "OK, I'm going to go wake up Jimmy now. Wish me luck," she said before entering Kimmel's bedroom. She found the shirtless host sleeping facedown.

That's when "Bitch Better Have My Money" came on the loud speakers.

Kimmel awoke to flashing strobe lights and confetti as Rihanna and a handful of dancers made it rain.

"Wake the f--k up, Jimmy!" Rihanna shouted.

The "FourFiveSeconds" singer then threw a pillow in his face and jumped on the bed.

Through it all, Kimmel looked utterly confused and said nothing.

"Good night, Jimmy," Rihanna said as she left his room. Kimmel removed his mouth guard and placed it on the nightstand. "What the f--k is going on?" he asked. Rihanna told him, "I want my money, Jimmy!"

Meanwhile, McNearney was beside herself with laughter.

After putting on a robe, Kimmel met Rihanna downstairs. "All right, well, that was a good one," he said.

"You have Molly to thank for this," Rihanna told him.

"I'll be thanking her later," he said. "It seemed like a UFO had landed. I didn't know what was going on."

After Rihanna left his house, Kimmel had trouble falling back asleep. "I will admit, that's not usually how you come to me in my dreams. Then, all night—the rest of the night—I was hearing 'Bitch Better Have My Money.' What happened with the bitch? Why does she owe you money? Did you lend it to the bitch and was there a time period in which the bitch was supposed to pay the money back?" the comic asked.

"Pending. Wait for the video," Rihanna told him. "It's all in the video."

"I'm a little groggy. I was a little traumatized, but ultimately, it turned out OK," Kimmel confessed. Rihanna congratulated herself on a job well done, saying, "You were so traumatized you couldn't move."

"I sleep like a lump," Kimmel added. "I really do."

"That was the good news because I was really nervous," Rihanna said.

Kimmel isn't the only person whom Rihanna has preyed upon. "I love playing pranks on people. I love it."

"My band, they suffer the most from my pranks. Because on the road you just get a little bored and you get into some mischief. Especially on the last shows, we usually prank and do different things," she said. "They either prank me or I prank them or both, but this year we had to perform outside and it was freezing cold. I poured the dirtiest mixture of milk and pineapple juice, eggs—whatever I could think of!"

Rihanna took her prank a step further by putting "bubblegum in the bottom of their shoes." The Barbadian beauty added, "I lined the crotch of their pants with gum. I put raw fish in their suitcases."

Kimmel laughed and told her, "I feel like I got off easy then!"

He sure did!
