Lara Flynn Boyle hasn't made too many public appearances in the past few years, but when the actress has been photographed a handful of times out and about in her private life, many have been quick to point out that that her looks have certainly changed.

But on Tuesday in L.A., the 45-year-old actress stepped out in L.A. looking a bit more recognizable. The former Twin Peaks star's lips still appeared as if they might have undergone some cosmetic procedures, but the rest of her face didn't look as drastically different as it has in photos from 2013 and 2014.

Although Boyle has never publicly spoken about going under the knife, she did once reveal the cosmetic procedure she'd like to have done: A boob job!

Back in 2005, Conan O'Brien (then host of NBC's Late Night) asked Boyle if there was "anything you'd change about your appearance."

"I'd have a boob job if I could," she responded bluntly.

When O'Brien pointed out that Boyle could in theory enhance her assets with the help of a plastic surgeon, she quickly shut that idea down. "I can't, I can't, I can't!" she said. "Because I've been such an advocate against it. I got myself in trouble."

When the late-night host wanted to know why she'd want larger breasts to begin with, Boyle quipped back candidly, "Who wouldn't?!"

It doesn't appear that Boyle's had that surgical enhancement, but this wasn't the only area of herself the actress wanted to improve upon. During her 2005 Late Show appearance, Boyle pointed out her freckles, as well as O'Brien's.

"I used to hate them as a kid—" began O'Brien.

"I hate them now," Boyle interjected. "I hate them! I hate them! I just feel like they all blend together."

Nothing a little concealer can't fix.
