Ashlee Simpson Ross and her growing baby bump are ready to get some sun!

The pregnant star flaunted her bun in the oven while hanging poolside alongside hubby Evan Ross during their vacation in Los Cabos, Mexico, over the weekend. Ashlee rocked a tiny, deep-red string bikini that showed off her killer pregnancy bod.

So just how does the 30-year-old stay in such amazing shape?! E! News learns Simpson is a big fan of Cardio Barre, and has been doing the new fitness trend for a couple years now. In fact, she continues to keep up her workout routine, attending a Cardio Barre class two to three times a week now.

"She wants to stay fit and strong and maintain a healthy weight. Also to feel good," Richard Giorla, founder and creator of Cardio Barre, tells us exclusively.

"During this pregnancy she wants to be prepared, healthy and fit mentally and physically," he adds, and gives those who are unfamiliar with the celeb favorite exercise.

"Cardio Barre is a ballet inspired workout. Ashlee is a beautifully classical trained dancer. Hence her passion for Cardio Barre. The dance inspired ballet techniques are no impact/high energy so they are safe to do while pregnant. The workout gives clients an elevated heart rate and is the ultimate tool in body sculpting, creating a ballet physique."

And even though Simpson is in the latter stage of her pregnancy, she doesn't complain about working up a sweat. "The weight and energy makes it more challenging, but she never complains and always gives her best. She is truly inspirational."
