No time for zzz's when you've got a mini-me!

Such was the case for Kelly Clarkson on Sunday when the mother of one, who gave birth to daughter River Rose in June, tried (unsuccessfully) to take a nap with her precious family before the iHeartRadio Music Awards.

Unfortunately for the sleepy singer, her 8-month-old baby girl wasn't feeling nap time and instead opted to pose for an impromptu photo shoot.

How adorable are those chubby little cheeks?!

"Trying to take a nap before the iHeart Radio Awards....haha didn't work :)," the doting mama captioned the pic in which she's snuggling on the couch with husband Brandon Blackstock and the couple's wee one, who is gazing at the camera and killing us with cuteness.

Hours after the image was taken, Clarkson took the stage at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, where she wowed the crowd with a performance of her hit "Heartbeat Song."

While it's only been less than a year since the pop star gave birth to her first child, the gorgeous singer admitted in January that she already has baby No. 2 on her brain.

"She's pretty awesome," Kelly gushed of her darling daughter, adding laughingly that Blackstock is now "like running from me because I want another one!"

She later opened up to People about how motherhood has changed her and revealed that her greatest accomplishment is now raising a family.

"I love what I do, but I feel like I relied on my career a lot for my self-worth," she said. "And now I'm more than that. I'm a mother and a wife and have this whole other thing going on."

The three-time Grammy winner has also vowed to stay committed to her loved ones after watching her parents' marriage fall apart. "My best friend always says, 'You just want to create the family you never had.' I might be doing that. In defense of my family, it happens. People fall out of love, and people go separate ways. People are human," she explained. "I've accomplished a lot, but I guess the biggest success I want is that whenever I die people will say, 'She was so successful as a mother, and as a wife.' That's kind of my big goal."
